Sayulitanimals has at its heart to eliminate animal suffering and to educate people about animal welfare creating a mutual environment of compassion and respect.
GOALS

- Help find loving homes for unwanted animals
- Educate people about animal care and welfare
- Promote understanding and mutual respect amongst animals and people
- Gain government support to have the power to act according to animal rights laws

Long Term Goals |
One day we will provide higher quality medical care to the dogs and cats of Sayulita. The highest cost of animal treatment is lab work and x-rays. Our dream is to purchase the equipment for blood testing and x-rays in order to provide more accurate treatments at more economical rates. We also need a vehicle that would work as an animal ambulance for collection of injured street animals and unneutered cats and dogs.
We are trying to gain more support from the local government. There are laws here in Mexico regarding animal rights and welfare, however the issue is enforcement. We hope to have the legal support to enforce animal protection laws, allowing us to save lives and reduce violence and abuse.
Ideally we see the organization free from limitations. Sayulitanimals will have the resources to successfully continue and expand programs, and all cats and dogs will have loving homes, free from suffering.
